In the orphanage module, there is listed pencil boxes/pouches. Does that mean containers to hold the pencils or boxes of pencils?

I am going to Ecuador in the summer of 2011 and would like to donate baby blankets ( probably 50-75)to a LDS based facility or orhpanage probably in the capital city. I am having difficulty finding a contact name to work through. Or even a Bishop of a ward or Relief Society President that would be willing to distribute the blankets.

We are a non-profit organization in La Mision, Baja, California, Mexico. In the past we have received school supply and hygiene kits from the Mormon Church, however, we have lost our contact for these donations. Could you refer me to the correct conduit for an inquiry into the hygiene and school supply kits. We have a great need for our orphanage and the local under-served children in our community. You may refer to our website at: www.LMCFund.com.
